You have a full 60 days from the date of your original purchase to test VisiFlora. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the results, we will refund your entire purchase price—no questions asked.
1. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 60 days of your purchase. You can find our contact details at the bottom of this page. You will need to provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
2. Returning the Product
To qualify for a refund, you must return all bottles (including empty ones) back to our warehouse. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Processing Your Refund
Once your return package is received at our facility, our team will process your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method. The refund will be issued under the name "BuyGoods" on your statement.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a package that is damaged or contains the wrong quantity, please notify us immediately through our contact page so we can arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
